Hiawatha Log Home Packages

Hiawatha Log Homes is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan near the shore of Lake Superior. It was established in 1983. Hiawatha offers a milled log in both a rustic handcrafted and traditional milled style. Both styles are available in a double tongue and groove or a Swedish cope system. Hiawatha Log Homes features Norway Pine and Northern White Cedar logs. The logs are structurally graded and kiln-dried. Profile styles include your choice of 8″, 10″ or 12″ diameter full round, or D-style logs with full log corners. All corners are saddle notched, increasing the structural integrity of the wall system. A complete builder’s manual, log layout, pre-cut numbered logs, and on-site technical assistance are a part of every Hiawatha package.
