Log Home Real Estate
Paula Vogel grew up in Evergreen, Colorado, which is just 30 minutes west of Denver in the foothills. She has been a Realtor in that area since 2006 and is a member of the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors. Since obtaining her license, Paula has earned her Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) designation. Real estate in the mountains can often present specific issues that are not as prevalent in other areas. Those issues may include problems with access, easements, wells, septic systems, and the need for fire mitigation, just to name a few. Not only has Paula dealt with many of these issues directly through building her own log home, she has also helped other navigate the land purchasing and home building process. In addition, Paula also has her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation.
